A Swiss Army Knife of marketing and communications, Liv has accumulated a wide range of industry experience since 2004. She consults at Coldwater Communications as a Senior Strategic PR Consultant where she is a trusted advisor on reputation management, stakeholder relations, crisis management, data analytics, AI, and media relations. Liv is completing a Master of Communication Management at McMaster University where her research interests are in the intersection of artificial intelligence and corporate reputation, consumer trust, leadership, and ethics.
