The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association invites you to apply to the Mission Mavericks program, a pro-bono opportunity to provide your organization with communications guidance and expertise, focused in areas of acute needs.

Ways We Can Help
Our goal is to help with a particular public relations or communications need or project, not taking the place, even temporarily, of actual professionals in your company. Here are some ways we can help.
• Pulling a list of local media contacts
• Providing press release custom templates and best practices
• Setting up an e-newsletter template and guidance for content development
• Sharing best practices to garner media attention, build relationships, and evaluate results
• Building out brand guidelines, including logo design
• And more…
Mission Mavericks
Program Eligibility
Organizations must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Open to 501(c)(3) nonprofits companies in need with limited or no PR, communications, and/or marketing staff.
• Organization is based in or conducts significant business in one or several of the following counties: Sarasota, Manatee, or DeSoto.
• Organization demonstrates an acute PR, communications, or marketing need.
