Christopher Carroll, APR, CPRC, CWC-FPRA President 1997-1998
Where are you now?
Executive Director of Donate Life Florida, the administrators of Florida’s
official organ and tissue donor registry.
What FPRA means to you?
I would not be where I am today were it not for FPRA. The relationships I built, the experiences I had, and the opportunities with which I was presented are largely a result of my involvement with FPRA.
What was your biggest accomplishment or Ah-ha moment as president of the CWC-FPRA?
My biggest accomplishment would have to be having been named Chapter President of the year at annual conference. That accomplishment was the culmination of two years of fabulous support from the person who recruited me and groomed me to be the leader of our chapter, and the support of the board members, my team members, who helped me achieve our goals for the year. What I learned from the experience, which I have carried forward, is the importance of delegating.
